Please listen closely! There are companies out there that will promise you, if not almost guarantee you, that you are going to receive a patent if you work with them. Also, these companies continually ask for more money. They will come up with every excuse in the book as to why they need more and most of the time they will get it because the inventor is already so invested with them that he or she doesn't want to just quit using there service and loose everything.
They will say "We are almost there, we just need just a little more money to finish up." Some of these companies are SNAKES...CROOKS. All they are going to do is use your inexperience against you instead of being the help that they promised. I know of one particular story of a retired police detective that was swindled out of $36,000.00 USD! Do you know what he got for that money? A book.....just a book with "so called" possible companies that MAY want to purchase his idea. The company that took all of the money from him didn't even get the patent for him. It's such a sad and awful story but its true and you need to hear it because if you don't listen to God and remain alert you may become a victim as well......we don't want that to happen to you!
We CANNOT and WILL NOT promise or guarantee you that you will receive a patent for your idea. We would so love for that to happen for you but in the end it's not up to us.
